A two-storey cottage near Bedale where the enclosed garden holds a hot tub and a wood-fired pizza oven, alongside a gas BBQ and outdoor kitchen. Inside: an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space behind full-height glass doors, three bedrooms sleeping six (two super-king/king, one double) and two bathrooms. Up to two dogs are welcome, and Bedale, with its market square, shops and restaurants, is a five-minute drive away. The space Ellesmere Barn is a two-storey cottage with contemporary interiors and countryside views. The open-plan ground floor has a kitchen with a fridge freezer, oven, microwave and induction hob, a dining table for six, and a living area with a large sofa and smart TV, all behind full-height glass doors. Upstairs: a super-king bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second king-size bedroom (both convertible to twins), a third bedroom with a double bed, and a family bathroom with a rainfall shower. Guest access Guests have full use of the cottage, the enclosed garden, hot tub and pizza oven. Parking is provided for up to three cars. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, a kitchen and washroom starter pack, and a locally sourced welcome hamper are all provided. A cot and highchair are available on request, though the staircase to the three first-floor bedrooms is not suited to a stairgate. Other things to note Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge. The ground floor is step-free from the driveway through to the garden, but all three bedrooms are upstairs via a staircase not suited to a stairgate. There is pizza oven for guests to use. The hob is induction. There is no air conditioning and no EV charging point. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am. A 20% deposit secures the booking, with the balance due eight weeks before arrival.
