It has some luxurious touches including a superking size bed with tempur cloud mattress, superfast fibre broadband and nespresso machine. It has a new fully fitted kitchen including sink with hot and cold water, fridge freezer, induction hob and electric oven. Outside the barn is a spacious L shaped ratten sofa for enjoying the view and fire pit. The space The barn enjoys a private 7 acre field location that is only a 5 minute walk from the local pub. It has superfast fibre broadband and spectacular views. It is well located for many local attractions and walks including the south coast path. It has parking in good weather and a hard standing entrance /temporary parking in wet weather. There is a bus stop on the main road for the breezer bus service to Poole and Swanage. There is a firepit as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire area around the barn and the field with no other guests having access unless otherwise advised. Other things to note The toilet and shower are a few metres away from the barn. The toilet is a compost toilet as this is a very rural location but it is clean and pleasant. The shower has a gas combination boiler with hot water on demand and an incredible view.
