Retro Motorhome with large deck

This beautiful property is on the Susquehanna river. Enjoy the privacy of the large deck, picnic on the river bank, have a camp fire and just relax. Watch Eagles soaring frequently overhead or fish jumping in the river. No river access at this time. Opal sleeps 2 and has everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay. New spring COT SIZE mattresses, outside day bed, tiny fridge, full kitchenette, a wet bath. DVDs, games and books are available for you. Minutes from Interstate 88 The space We are on a 3 acre parcel with over 300 feet of river front. Our bank is very high, so river access is not yet available, however you can use the picnic table that is on top of bank. Parking is immediately next to the motor home. Our home is approximately 150 feet away. The motor home is positioned so the deck is completely out of our view. We are 7 miles from Oneonta, 5 miles to the ball park, 40 minutes to Cooperstown. Our road is right off from state highway 7, making us easy to find. A short drive to the west are the towns of Otego, Unadilla, Franklin, Sidney and Bainbridge. We encourage everyone to explore these beautiful little towns and all they have to offer. Guest access There is a combination lock on the motor home door to enter. The lawn area in front of the motor home is approximately 200 feet long, so you can enjoy a game of Yard-zee! Other things to note The hot water heater is small, so short showers will be necessary to avoid running out. For consecutive day stays, we will need to discreetly empty the waste water tank, which only takes a few minutes. The fridge is tiny, so it is advised to limit your grocery load until you see the space. We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, basic spices and condiments, s’more ingredients, and a few snacks. All bedding, pillows and blankets are provided, along with bath towels. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The ceiling height is just over 6 feet high. Anyone over that will have to duck while inside. This Motorhome is a camping experience. You should expect to see insects outside and inside as well. We provide OFF bug spray, but do not spray the area with pesticides as we respect nature. We have delicious well water, and do not provide bottled water. Limited ice is provided. Fire wood and fire starters are also provided. Roast a few marshmallows and make a s’more with the included ingredients. You will hear trains go by approximately 4 times throughout the day and night.
