Modern Getaway at the Lake

Escape to our brand-new lakefront retreat nestled on one of NH’s most peaceful and scenic lakes. - Brand new deck, lawn, and private dock - 1.5 hours from Boston - 35 minutes from Portsmouth - 1 hour 20 minutes from the White Mountains It’s the perfect year-round getaway.  Wake up to stunning lake views, sip your morning coffee on the deck, and spend your days swimming, fishing, or kayaking right off the private dock. The space Welcome to our new home, we designed it to take advantage of spending the most time outdoors on the deck eating or relaxing and then on the lake fishing or kayaking . Long pond is a beautiful relaxing lake, which is very family friendly and does not have the large motorboat traffic of other nearby lakes The main bedroom is a loft with a lake view. It has a king bed and in-suite bathroom . The guest room has a queen bed with closet and the third room can switch from office to bedroom with a two person sofa . Main floor is a modern open space kitchen and living room to adjust to your needs . The basement is finished with a focus on providing space to relax and enjoy lake view through two large bay windows. There is a smart tv and a family size sectional. The driveway is circular with plenty of space for multiple cars. The entrance door is on the side through a walkway that wraps into the deck. Guest access Entire house it’s available to guests except our locked owner closet in the basement and the utility room. Other things to note BBQ : provided for your use please keep it clean and turn off the gas when not in use Generator. We have an on-site gasoline generator for emergencies. If you are not comfortable or experience and turning on a generator, We will provide a number to call if you would like to have it turned on. Fire pit : we have a town permitted fire pit for your use. We will provide a initial courtesy amount of wood next to the pit. Additional wood can be purchased in the area. Kayak : there is a two person ocean kayak for your use from the dock. Please ensure to return it to the original site when you are finished. Inside fireplace : this unit is not functional yet. No cable, but both smart TVs allow access to all the major stream streaming apps
