Ensuite double room in York City Center *long*

Private double bedroom with an ensuite toilet and plenty storage space inside the room. I am look for an easy going, clean and tidy guest to share this town house with me (female professional with a busy and active lifestyle). If you are a single person, looking for a place to call home for your extended stay* in York then this space is for you! :) *up to 60 days - anything longer then please get in touch to discuss. The space The townhouse is in a quiet and safe yet centrally located neighborhood inside the city wall, and is also a stone throw from the city centre and the famous Bishy Road where you could pick up local produce, go to restaurants and other amenities. The double room have a wardrobe with ample space , desk with chair, occasional chair and bedside tables. Guest will have access to other communal areas in the house (excluding attic). Guest access The guest is welcome to use the communal areas, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom and backyard. During your stay The guest welcome to reach out to me directly at home, otherwise via the Airbnb app. I am also open to social interactions with the guest if it works for everyone. Other things to note The guest will agree to provide a copy of their passport and document supporting their purpose of stay in York before check in. No visitors or overnight stays. No smoking throughout the house (including the backyard). No hot food in the bedroom. The guest will agree to clean up after themselves (e.g. no dirty stuff left in the kitchen sink overnight), keep the communal areas clean and tidy. The guest will agree to turn on the extractor fan and open the back door while cooking, and wipe clean the space after use. No charging of Electric Vehicle permitted. Excessive use of utilities will be charged to the guest. Use of address for official purposes (e.g. bank account opening, mobile contracts etc) are not permitted. In the event the guest lost their key, the guest will have to pay for a replacement lock of the same specification and 6 set of keys for security reasons. Occasionally I may have visitors (including furry friends!) staying over, in which case the guest will be informed in advance. Overstays beyond the check out date not agreed in advance will be charged at 2 times the standard daily rate without discount, and to compensate for the host’s losses as a result of the unauthorized overstay, not limited to financial loss such as any associated costs if eviction is necessary.
