The space Welcome to your homely base in Ashbourne: Kitchen/Dining Room: A bright and modern space equipped with oven, stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer, and cooking basics. The large wooden dining table comfortably seats six. Living Room: A cosy and inviting lounge with a large smart TV, log-effect electric fire, comfortable seating and a reading nook. Bedroom One: Small double bed and a single day bed. Includes hanging space and drawer storage. Bedroom Two: Double bed with hanging rail and shelving. Bathrooms: One main bathroom with shower, toilet and basin upstairs. Downstairs WC also available. Outdoor Space: Private, enclosed gravel garden area to the rear with steps leading to the back entrance. The property sleeps 6 comfortably across 4 beds (including a double sofa bed in the living room). Parking: Convenient parking is available just a 1‑minute walk away at 'Clifton Road Car Park'. The parking fee is £15 for 3 days. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including both floors and the outdoor garden space. Other things to note Please respect the home and neighbours. No smoking, pets, parties, or events allowed. Due to a steep staircase, guests with limited mobility or very young children should take care.
