All guests will need to attend a face to face induction with concierge if they need to access the facilities. -Can we store the luggage somewhere in building if we arrive early or leaving late? This is a residential building so the concierge do not help keep luggage, however our key collection spot can help store the luggage with some extra fee. -How do we check in? There is a concierge for key collection, with 24 hours check-in service option there will be staff handles the keys to you in person to make you feel welcome from 9 Am – 6 Pm.
