To get the most out of your trip, a car is highly recommended. I am only 5 minutes away & can come & greet you if necessary. The space Dunmuir House is a modern, stylish spacious home with a large private back garden. There is a Living room leading into a Dining room, a well-equipped Kitchen and a Utility room with all modern appliances including an air fryer, Instant Pot and coffee pod machine. Large driveway with ample off-street parking. Dunmuir House has 4 bedrooms, one en-suite with shower, a King size bed, two Double beds and one small Double bed. Bathroom with bath and shower over. The house has 1GB of high-speed broadband with mesh WiFi. The house is conveniently located for exploring the Central Belt of Scotland, equidistant between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Local shops are minutes away, as are public transport links. Train stations are a 20-minute drive away. Having a car is highly recommended to maximise your stay. For the comfort and security of our guests and neighbours, only registered guests are allowed on the premises, no extra guests and no visitors. Extra guests includes, but is not limited to, friends, family, grandchildren and new acquaintances. Each and every rules breach to this house rule will result in an extra guest fee being charged to you of £200pp, the extra guests will be asked to leave with immediate effect and your reservation cancelled. If you want to enjoy our beautiful home, you MUST be on the booking! The property is designed to cater for non-smoking/non-vaping guests only, anywhere on the premises. Charging of e-bikes / scooter / hover boards / electric vehicles / caravans and motorhomes are not permitted. Electric fan heaters and air con units are not permitted. Guest access The whole house, driveway and gardens are available to guests. The garage is not. The upstairs cupboard and cupboards in the utility room are locked for the host's use only. Other things to note Please read the House Rules and adhere to them, I want you to have a happy and safe stay. You deserve it. Our house is special to us and it is our privilege to go the extra mile for our guests. Please handle Dunmuir House with care. It is important to be respectful of our house during your stay, as the guests after you also deserve the same standard of accommodation. The emergency lighting in the hallway and stairs is not a toy and must not be touched or moved. Please be environmentally aware, use only the towels that you need, recycle right and be moderate with the heating. Please shut windows and the hallway door to conserve energy when the heating is on. The heating will shut off if windows are open. It's not just us that pays, the planet does too. Scotland is a cold country, especially in the evening, please dress accordingly inside and outside. For the comfort and security of guests and our neighbours, only registered booked guests are permitted on the premises. No extra guests, no visitors without exception. Extra guests include, but are not limited to, friends, family, grandchildren and new acquaintances. If you want to enjoy our beautiful home, you MUST be on the booking! List the legal name and age of each person who will access the property throughout your stay. No pets or animals allowed, regardless of ownership. The house is designed for non-smoking and non-vaping guests, smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use is not permitted anywhere on our premises, inside or out. Rule breaches will result in a penalty fee and possible cancellation of your booking. Charging of e-bikes / hoverboards / scooters / electric vehicles/caravans and motorhomes is not permitted.
