An intimate place designed for relaxation by the water, surrounded by nature and with plenty of privacy. The space The house is just a few meters from the lake. It offers a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The house has a large, enclosed and heated terrace that can be used regardless of the weather. A wood-fired hot tub is available (for an additional fee). The property is fenced, which ensures privacy and freedom to relax. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the house, an enclosed heated terrace and a fenced property. There is a private jetty on Lake Kopiec right next to the house. The price of your stay includes the use of SUPs, kayaks and a paddleboat. There are also a wood-fired hot tub, a barbecue grill and a fire pit. You can park your car on the property. Other things to note The wood-fired hot tub is available for an additional fee of PLN 170 per night – for longer stays, one night's use of the hot tub is free of charge. We provide firewood and instructions on-site. SUPs, kayaks and a pedal boat are available to our guests at no extra charge. We also provide life jackets.
