The cabin includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths (4th bedroom is loft with a queen bed and a pull out double bed), a large family room with bar, full sized fully equipped kitchen, living room, and huge attached lakefront deck. It includes private stairs to a private dock with room for 2 boats. Wildlife is abundant and you are just minutes from Raccoon Lake State Park. The space High speed fiberoptic WiFi is included in the property rental fee. Guest access Entire house is available for guest use. Garage is partly available for trash and other routine maintenance items. Other things to note Raccoon lake is a reservoir manage by the army corp of engineers. During the early part of the spring and summer season, water levels may fluctuate with the amount of rain. Winter time lake levels are lower but we are on the deep part of the lake. During the summer season, we do minimum 7 day rentals with Saturday checkin/checkout.
