It is important that you consider that there may be noise from other rooms since it is next to each other (Although we ask in the regulation do not make loud and annoying noises from 10pm until 6am) The rooms are close to the house but with a separate entrance, they have their own entrance. During your stay you can make use of a service kitchen that is located in a common area and that is shared with other guests has a microwave, refrigerator, gas grill, blender, cooking utensils, purified water, soluble coffee, tea , oil and some complimentary condiments, etc. We also want to let you know that the room does not have air conditioning, but it does have a portable fan, and it can get very hot in the hotter months. If your arrival is during the week and due to some situation it is not possible to reach you, we can react your arrival day at the accommodation, only it is not possible for us to welcome guests on Saturday or Sunday, so it could not be on those days. According to the availability of the hosts, it is allowed to leave your luggage in advance at no cost from 10am or leave your luggage in storage for the day of your departure and return by no later than 6pm, you only have to coordinate the time and availability of the service in advance. The rooms are located 3 blocks from the Glorieta Chapalita and the Gran Plaza and 3km from Expo GDL. Very close to the stay you will find restaurants, convenience stores, laundromats, banks, supermarket, commercial plazas, cafes, aesthetics, barbershop, hospitals, churches, etc. You must present a valid government-issued ID (ID card or passport) upon arrival and send it via the app. If your stay is due to surgery, before booking we would like to let them know to explain our policy in detail.
