Description
This cozy two-bedroom apartment is our little rustic gem with magical views of both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea! Only 3 km to the beach and the city's pulse, here you get the best of both tranquility and proximity to everything. The space This is our little place in the hills above Moraira. It’s simple, warm and easy to feel at home in. The apartment is bright, with an open living space where we usually end up spending most of our time — cooking, talking, doing nothing in particular. The kitchen has everything you need for everyday meals. The balcony is our favourite part. We have coffee here in the mornings, and in the evenings we often light the barbecue and watch the light change over the mountains and the sea. It’s quiet up here. On warm days, the shared pool just outside the apartment is perfect for a quick swim. If you like walking, there are nice paths and trails nearby, some starting right outside the area. About the solar eclipse in August 2026: Because the apartment sits high and open, the view of the sky is wide and unobstructed. If you happen to be here during the eclipse, the balcony is a calm place to watch it, without crowds or city lights. Good to know: • Two flights of stairs, no elevator • Air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms • A car makes life easier here (Alicante ~1 hour, Valencia ~1.5 hours) Before summer, we’ll renovate the bathroom, part of the kitchen and add a dishwasher. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment Other things to note A Guide to Moraira Guide to Moraira, Spain Introduction Moraira, a hidden gem on the Costa Blanca, offers visitors a perfect blend of natural beauty, rich history, and modern amenities.
