Small apartment with all the comforts

I'm renting out my little apartment while I go on vacation! This is an apartment that has a common bedroom and living room, with a separate bathroom and kitchen. It's very comfortable. The apartment is located in the city center of Rennes, 5 minutes from Place Hoche and Place Saint-Anne. I specify that this is my year-round home, so don't expect to find an empty home, but rather a living apartment, with its plants, library, grocery store… :) Notice to amateurs!
