"Le Vallon Clos" Gîte - Laon/ Soissons/ Reims

In Moussy-Verneuil, in a small village in the heart of the Laon/Soissons/Reims triangle, 1h45 from Paris, 2h30 from Calais, come and relax in our gîte "Le Vallon Clos" that can accommodate 4 people. This cozy, newly renovated 90m2 cottage is located upstairs from a beautiful country stone barn. The space Relax in the large cathedral living room with its stone wall and exposed beams, open to the kitchen. The lounge area is equipped with 2 sofas. TV and WIFI available. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped: stove top, oven, combined fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, senseo and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster. One bedroom has a 140x190 double bed and a wardrobe. A second bedroom offers 2 single beds 90x190 and a wardrobe. The beds are made upon your arrival. The bathroom consists of a shower (80x80) and a toilet. Make yourself comfortable on the private furnished terrace with garden furniture or on the Chilean or hammock at your disposal in the garden. Your vehicle will park in the courtyard of the cottage, free and secure parking. Linens, towels, towels, and towels are included. Childcare equipment is available on request (umbrella bed, high chair, bath sunbed...) The courtyard, garden and playground are shared with our home. No smoking allowed Check it out nearby: Hike or bike through a variety of hilly scenery. Spend a day at Center Parc de l 'Ailette (10 min). Lounge on the sandy beach of Lake Monampteuil and its Axo Plage leisure base and challenge yourself with the many activities on offer (Aqua park - water slides - games - mini golf, ninja course - fitness....) (10 min). Follow in the footsteps of the Chemin des Dames and visit the Cave of the Dragon before going up to Craonne Observatory for a lovely view of the plain (10 min). Oxygéne in the forest of Vauclair, discover the ruins of the abbey then end with a gourmet break at the Guinguette de Vauclair (10min) . Finally discover the cities of Laon (medieval city), Soissons (30 minutes) or Reims and its champagne cellars (40 minutes). Guest access Pleasure to host you when you come. However, if we are unavailable, self check-in is possible. Other things to note We live with our two children (7 and 10 years old), our cat and our 2 chickens on the same property. The courtyard and garden are therefore common. As we also have our horse on site, we inform you that 2 cameras are installed outside but will in no way affect your privacy. No pets allowed. Parties are not allowed. The wood burning stove is decorative. We live in rural areas so there are potentially noises, tractors, animals, insects, smells related to the countryside. The bakery is 3 km away and the first shops are 10 and 15 km away.
