Townhouse in Waterville Estates Resort

Make yourself at home in our roomy 3 bedroom plus loft townhouse located within Waterville Estates. This resort community offers so much to do on the premises during all seasons, including our own ski mountain, and is close to so many area attractions, lakes, rivers, hiking trails, and skiing. We are walking distance to the multi-million dollar recreational center which hosts indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, swimming pond, lounge/pub---everything you need! The space Our 3 bedroom plus loft townhouse has room for everyone! Spread out on 3 levels of beautiful space. In addition to the fully stocked kitchen, there is a gas grill on the deck for your use. Living room on the bottom floor offers separation from the kitchen/dining area both of which have flat screen TVs. Wifi included--the code is posted by the TV in the kitchen/dining area. Guest access We are a short walk to the community center and offer One guest pass. That guest pass holder can bring in extra guests who shall pay daily rates as follows: WEEKENDS: Adults $20, Seniors age 65 an over$10, children ages 8-17 $10, and children 7 and under are free. A weekend Twilight pass entrance after 4 pm will decrease the entrance fees to Adults $10, Seniors $5, and children ages 8-17 $5. WEEKDAYS (Monday thru Friday) Adults $10, Seniors $5, children ages 8-17 $5, and children 7 and under are free. NOTE: This policy is subject to change. We update the guest policy as we get alerts from the Board of Directors of Waterville Estates. If the entrance fees change after your booking we will inform you but shall not be responsible for any difference is costs. Guests shall be solely responsible for the costs for guest entrance fees. Teenagers 14 and older can enter without an adult so send the kids down for a swim in the indoor pools while the adults relax by the fire or on the deck. There is no assigned parking or limit of cars in the condo parking area. Depending on the season, the upstairs lounge at the recreational center offers food, drinks, and weekend entertainment. The downstairs lounge at the rec center is open all year and is a nice place to watch a game on the TVs and enjoy a coffee or cocktail while the kids enjoy the pools. In the winter, visit the rustic lodge at Campton Mountain right around the corner which also offers food, drinks, lots of TVs to watch sports games, and weekend entertainment. Campton Mountain has day and night skiing which is a great convenience for a break from the big mountains close by. Other things to note We have limited wood available for the wood stove so please bring your own if you plan to build a fire. We do not have air conditioning but plenty of fans spread around the condo. We ask that you treat our home with respect as you would your own. We require guests to follow the rules of our Condominium as well as Waterville Estates which are clearly posted in our home. Bringing alcohol into the rec center is prohibited and coolers will be searched. Guests will be charged a fee of $125.00 for each lost guest pass. All rates are posted on the Calendar. Cleaning fee $175.00 Security deposit $200.00 2 night minimum/3 night minimum on holiday weekends
