Lovely country house surrounded by olive trees located 3 km from the town square of Trecchina, with a large outdoor yard, 1 bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. There's a bedroom, a spacious dining room with a kitchen, one bathroom with a shower, and a laundry area. On request before arrival, we provide a double bed, one extra single bed, a barbecue, and a table with chairs so guests can have lunch or dinner in the outdoor forecourt. At each change of guests, sanitation will be carried out. At the end of the dining room is access to the bathroom down two steps, with a shower and a separate laundry room. The spacious outdoor courtyard, with private parking space, gives an astonishing view of the property's field, adjacent fields, and the nearby mountains. Great for aperitifs and outdoor breakfasts and dinners. The house is within a plot of about 1.2 hectares mainly used for olive and potato production, with several types of fruit trees. Other things to note The house has two entrances from the State Road, both on the left.
