Come enjoy bird watching, kayaking, fishing, nature walks, wildlife viewing, farm life experiences and beautiful country views on our family farm. Choose to enjoy the farm or venture out to see nearby attractions like Beaver Falls. We are a short drive from Astoria, Jones Beach, Beaver falls, and downtown Clatskanie which hosts plenty of small town charm. The room is on the third floor of the family house with semi private entrance. The space This is a farmhouse on 20 acres surrounded by water and cottonwoods. There are picturesque views of the dikelands and wildlife. Beautiful sunsets are a nightly occurrence. The majority of acreage is pasture with cows, seasonal bee boxes (June-October), and free range chickens. Cows and bees are quite a ways from the main house. The chickens roam freely from 8am-till dusk. There is a mile long driveway perfect for walks to view animals such as fish, otters, Heron, Eagles, Kingfishers, ducks, geese, nutria, beavers, and many others. Guest access The top floor of the house is all yours to enjoy. The driveway level (2nd floor) has the breakfast, dining, and kitchen areas for the owners use. Our family uses the bottom floor mainly - this set up accommodates more privacy and allows for less interactions if guests desire more privacy. We ask guests to restrict themselves to the common areas of the second floor and the entire third floor. Other things to note We have an electric fence, if touched it will provide a shocking experience. While self guided tours of the property are permitted they are at your own risk so please be cautious. If entering the water please ask for life jackets first. The EV charger is a level 2 J1772
