Welcome to this charming apartment located in the quiet neighborhood of Chinault! Both close to the Berry countryside with its hiking trails, the Château de Frapesle and close to the city center (1 km to the train station and 1.5 km to the market and shops), the location is both convenient and relaxing. The space The accommodation is equipped with all the essentials including bath towels and bed linens. For this reason, please be sure to tell us the number of guests and the number of single and/or double beds. The apartment offers you a total area of 60 m2, a comfortable living room overlooking a bright equipped kitchen with access to a large courtyard and its adjoining shaded garden. The two simple and quiet bedrooms offer the possibility of a shared bed OR two single beds, depending on your needs. The bathroom is small but has a large shower and a window. You are invited to share the adjoining courtyard and garden to dine and relax. Sitting under the mulberry tree, you might even see the White Tower in the city center! Guest access In front of the house is a spacious courtyard where you could park in peace. For people with reduced mobility, it is possible to access from the back of the house; this access contains only a small step of eight centimeters (the interior being on one level). Other things to note The layout of the bedrooms is designed for a family, so one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.
