This apartment is suitable for one/two people. Live in the middle of the city near restaurants, shops and parks. The apartment has a 160 cm wide bed, a bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony facing west, you can enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. Pets are allowed in the apartment (for payment) Parking available. There is a guest bed for a third person. For those who stays over 4 nights a welcome gift is provided for you ✨ The space Hall - Spacious hall with large mirror on the wall. Kitchen - Fullt equipped kitchen with crockery,glass, cutlery. Also spices such as salt and pepper. I offer free coffee and tea to those who lives in my apartment.🍳☕️🍴 Livingroom - Livingroom and kitchen in the same room. Large sofa, two armchairs and livingroom table and a big mirror on the wall. Bedroom - Large 160cm wide bed fully made with clean bed linen and pillows. Each guest receives a large and a small towel. Cozy carpet on the floor, wardrobes covering one wall with space for you to hang your clothes for long term stays. Roller blinds and blackout curtains. Extra fold-out bed available. TV is only in the bedroom. No TV channels. Apple tv is available so you can log in to your own netflix account Wc- A small wc with a shower and also the possibility of using a washing machine. Shower soap, shampoo and conditioner are available for guests.🛁 Balcony - The balcony is a full 7 meters long with 4 seats and terrace mats covering the concrete floor. Enjoy the afternoon and evening sun in summer☀️ Parking - Free parking is available on the right side in the backyard of the apartment building 🚘 I strive to provide my guests with everything they could possibly need. If you feel that something is missing during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I’ll do my best to address your suggestions and wishes promptly.✨ Other things to note Smoking is forbidden in the apartment and on the balcony! No partying! The house should be quiet and peaceful after 10 pm Pets allowed, but clean up after them and make sure they don't disturb the neighbors. Leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived. Parking space is available free of charge if there is one available at the back of the apartment building (there is an attached picture with description.)
