Clothes drying rack, steam generator, ironing board, washing machine and dishwasher, waffle maker, kettle, toaster, induction hob, hood, oven + microwave oven, closed fireplace, freezer and large volume fridge, kitchen equipment, Tassimo coffee machine, bread machine, cotton candy maker... Electric shutters and gate, water softener. Deckchairs available, wrought iron table and chairs under the plane tree, large terrace with table and chairs for 12 people. Equipped with 4 bedrooms with storage spaces: - 1 bed 140x190 - 1 bed 140x190 - 1 sofa bed 140 x 190 (very good quality mattress for regular sleeping) - 3 single beds (including 2 bunk beds) Bean-shaped swimming pool (depth 1.40 m) without any opposite (recent installation of panels), ping pong table + rackets, badminton kit, card and board games, library available. House in a residential setting, for the tranquility of all, parties are not allowed. Note that some decorative elements and personal effects remain on site, so please respect and do not touch them. The complete cleaning is to be done by you. Housekeeping can be provided. In this case, a fixed price of €200 will be payable on site on the day of the handover of the keys. A complete basic kit for the week can be offered (to be paid on arrival): toilet paper, paper towels, dish towel, sponge, dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid, washing machine capsule, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper... adaptable according to your needs. Guest access The entire home is available for your use (respecting the personal effects that remain on site).
