Description of the Property: Location: Located in the tranquil neighborhood in Junob, our property is just a minute's drive from the main highway. Enjoy the peace and quiet while being centrally located: - 5-10 minutes to malls and supermarkets - 10 minutes to downtown Dumaguete and Valencia - 15-20 minutes to Dauin via the diversion road Bedrooms: We have a total of 3 bedrooms, each designed to comfortably sleep 2 people. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with cozy beds and essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Attic: The highlight of our property is the spacious attic, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. This versatile space is perfect for larger groups or families traveling together.
