This large and well-equipped lodge is conveniently located in the heart of the Central Flyway in the proclaimed "Duck Hunting Capital of North Dakota," Gackle. Endless hunting opportunities exist with 1000s of acres of public access hunting available as well as plenty of nearby fishing opportunities from large lakes to small sloughs. The space The house was built as a railroad house and used for housing railroad crews. The house will easily sleep 10. The four upstairs bedrooms are each furnished with bunk beds, a main level bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the futon in the living room folds down to a double bed. The house is completely furnished, dishes, pots and pans, beds, furniture and the whole works. We do ask that you do provide your own bedding and pillows. The full bath is upstairs and the 3/4 bath is on the main level. Large attached porch with a five station boot/wader/glove dryer, plenty of room to hang and dry your hunting or fishing gear as well as ample space to kennel dogs. Guest access The whole house is open for use with parking in the back yard or on the street.
