In high seasons, it is recommended to reserve 100 days in advance. -> In high season rates could increase, due to the high demand for accommodation. -> All reservations require a minimum of 3 nights. -> The rooms require a minimum occupancy of 2 adults; and up to a maximum of 4 people (with a maximum of 3 adults). -> The third adult in the room receives a 15% discount on the rate. -> We have a Non-Flexible rate that provides an additional 7% discount. HOW DOES YOUR RESERVATION WORK?: 1.- When booking with me at our preferential rate for Royal Elite members, I immediately check availability at the Resort. (Some dates may appear as available or blocked so it is VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTACT ME FIRST) 2.- The rooms are for up to 4 people, so you must tell me NAME (a first and last name is enough) and AGE of all the guests. This is because the Resort requests the information for the quote and also in order to give you the exact preferential rate to pay and the type of room you need. 3.- Once you send me the requested information, I will proceed to make an estimated quote, according to the requested dates and the number of guests. When the various discounts apply, they will also be included in the quote. 4.- If you approve the quote, then you proceed to pay the rate on Airbnb which serves to cover the cost of renting the Royal Elite membership along with your room at the resort, including the black VIP bracelets. Immediately, I will send the request to the Hotel, and within a maximum period of 48 hours, they will respond to me with confirmation. 5.- Cover the mandatory All Inclusive Rate; directly with the Resort. This advance payment is MANDATORY and NON-REFUNDABLE). 6.- Once the Hotel certifies the payment of the advance payment, they will provide ALL the information of your reservation, including the reservation code and the entry voucher. 7.- The balance of the trip can be paid directly at the Hotel on the day of your arrival.
