The arbor house (with independent guest room)

The space The residence, situated on a 9,000 sq m piece of land, consists of a main house with a spacious open living area with with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Additionally, there is an independent guest house. The house has many big windows and access to the surrounding veranda from every room. The land of the property has an olive grove as well as, cypress, lemon , fig trees and wine yards. There is an outdoor dining table in the front veranda under the shaded arbor pergola. The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard size fridge with freezer, cooking stoves and oven for you to master Mediterranean recipes. Upon your booking you will unlock Marietta's guide to Kythira with suggestions about where to get fresh local products such as eggs, fish, honey and vegetables. The additional guest room is a very charming traditional stone-built room that is at 40m from the main house, ideal for adults that would like some privacy or teenagers. It has two single built-in beds and a bathroom/toilet attached accessible from outside. Guest access The guests have access to the main house, the guest house and the surrounding land. They are welcome to pick fruit and nuts freely from the native trees.
