Big and open well-lit living room from which you can already have the best views. Open plan kitchen where you can do both cooking and socialising while enjoying the view. One full bathroom with seperate toilet; one laundry incorporated with shower and toilet. All brand new. Elevated outdoor seating in the backyard to get the whole view of Cochdeaux/ Farmborough Heights neighbourhood. Outdoor setting for family activities in the front balcony. Guest access You have the whole house to enjoy as long as you respect our privacy. It is a lived-in house that offer you opportunities to stay while we get away. Please respect our personal life with our private items in wardrobes. Garage and ground floor store room are not for public access. Other things to note King Bedroom (Bedroom 1) on level 2: can fit your whole little family of two adults and one little person if you wish to. The wardrobe is not for use by guests. King single bedroom (Bedroom 2) on level 2: best fit one guest. The wardrobe can be used. Queen bedroom (Bedroom 3) on level 3: best fit a couple. The wardrobe cannot be used. Single bedroom (Bedroom 4) on level 3: best fit a single guest. Bed linens including pillows are provided. One towel per guest is provided. Please bring your own bed linens and towels if you have special requirements. Bathroom 1: double sink vanity, bath tub and standing shower area are all in one. Shampoos, conditioners and shower gels are provided for general uses only. Please bring your own toiletry if you have special requirements. Separated toilet is next to the bathroom. Heated towel rail is available for your use. Kitchen: open plan. You are welcome to use the oven, induction cooktop, fridge, cooking utensils, cooking pots and pans, toaster, and kettle. Laundry: washing machine, vanity, standing shower and toilet are incorporated. No ironing facility available. Washing powder is provided for general use only. If you have specific requirements about washing, please bring your own. Backyard: you can have the whole view of Cordeaux/ Mount Kembla all to yourself. You can do your cardio run here should you wish to at your own risk. Please refrain from walking up to the backyard at night as it can be unsafe due to its elevation. Any child under twelve has to be supervised when play/ walk out to the backyard. Parking: please park in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
