Great New Construction in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood; spacious open floor design with Granite Countertops, stainless steel appliances. It has 5 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A tall vaulted ceiling living room with a 55" 4k TV, comfortable couches, and a fully furnished kitchen. TV in every bedroom! A spacious place for a large group. Best for a work team! Other things to note ******ATTENTION****** This is a new house and in the process of selling, therefore there are some necessary inspections required by the city or quick shows to potential buyers. Those inspections or shows are promised to be minimum disturbing to the guests. We therefore ask for our guests allow us to enter the house for inspection/show purpose either with or without the guest presence. An in advance notice will be given to the guests. We incorporate this to our rental agreement. Booking the place instantly, accepting the pre-approval of reservation/special offer, or reservation made by the Airbnb, means that the guests acknowledges and accepts the this term. ****** *** For food safety reason, oil, salt and pepper are not included in the cooking basic amenities. Guests can use them if there is any and any other food/seasonings/water there at their own risk. *** Welcome. Here are the notices to our guests. The fine for smoking/drugs/marihuana use is $500. Parking policy: You can park in the front yard of the houses. 3 cars most. Kindly ensure to confirm with the host before making your booking if you have more than 3 cars. Quiet time policy: Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time. Event policy We do ask for our guests to show full respect during their stay to the guests in the other unit if there is any, and the neighborhood. Obey the Quiet time policy, and again, NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time. Pet policy: Max of 2 pets; fee applied. Must be counted when booking, including visitor’s pets. Video surveillance agreement: A security camera may be installed outside near the front door. Visitor policy: Visitors are required to obey the house rules, and can NOT stay overnight without updating your reservation to include them as guests. Check-out policy: Check-out time is 10 am. Remove all the trash in the room before you leave. Wifi info: Username: Metropolitan Guest; Password: 1577metro!guest Code/key for entering: The front door code will be sent in a separate message on the day of your arrival. Damage/Missing Policy Lost keys/lockboxs/TV remotes are $30 each. Other damage is covered by the Airbnb Damage policy.
