Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This spacious home is uniquely located on the lake and walking distance to beautiful downtown Clarksville. Enjoy the lake and the town filled with diverse local shops including a local brewery and ice cream shop. We have a dock space included and conveniently less than 2 miles to Occoneechee boat launch. The space This is our family lake home and has been in our family for many years. We have enjoyed special holidays and family gatherings here and would like to share this place with other families to create memories. Imagine family meals, relaxing outdoors, enjoying the beach below, riding on your boat or renting one to cruise the lake, and at the end of the day walking to town for an evening dinner and ice cream. You can walk to the local brewery for a breathtaking view of the lake and enjoy a family style atmosphere. Take in all the many unique shops we offer in downtown Clarksville. If you need to take a break from the rat race, then this is the place to come for a week of relaxation and leisurely activities. Main floor has a master bedroom (king bed)with private bathroom and second bedroom (queen bed)with its own bathroom. This is where kitchen/dining and open style with living room with lots of windows and a gas fireplace is. You can also walk out to a deck that hosts many seating areas. The second floor has a bedroom/bath(queen) and a common space with 2 twin beds. The lower level hast a bedroom/bathroom with a common space, couch table, and bar area. It also has a walkout patio with view of the lake. Guest access There are 2 separate apartments that are used by long terms renters. You will not have access to these spaces and they will not have access to your space, One space is listed separately on Airbnb called Buggs Island Lakeside Getaway There is space for 43cars in the paved driveway on the main floor. Extra parking is available upon request.
