Pool heating The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange heating for your stay. The typical cost is $400 for a two- to three-night visit, and heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay. The pool temperature can be set to the low to mid 80s and generally, the ideal temperature for a pool is between 78°F and 85°F, although most adults prefer 85°F to 89°F. Spa heating is complimentary year-round, and we kindly ask that usage be limited to one hour per day to help conserve energy. For guest safety and water quality, we cannot heat the pool above 85°F. At higher temperatures, algae and bacteria can grow, and chlorine becomes less effective at keeping the water clear and safe. No parties / quiet hours 10pm–8am (strictly enforced). Max occupancy: 8 in main house and 12 with casita. No outside guests allowed. Whether you’re seeking a serene retreat or a luxurious base to explore wine country, Villa Allegria promises an unforgettable stay where every detail is crafted with care. 🌟 Guest access The entire main home, pool, spa and yard are for exclusive guest use. Use of the casita is included on some reservations with pre-payment. The large shop and the pool supply shed are not for guest use and are locked. There are two closets in the main home and two cabinets in the garage, that are also locked and not for guest use. These contain the owners personal items. *Access code and other important entry instructions will be sent to you on the day before your check in via the booking app and in an email. *This home does not allow for EV car charging and does not have an EV Charger, please make other offsite plans for charging your electric vehicle if staying at this home.
