In the same house, another furnished tourist accommodation for people with reduced mobility, offering the possibility of renting both together. A peaceful oasis close to everything The space A triplex with authentic charm Discover the charm of a period home, carefully renovated to combine modern comfort and history. The exposed stones and original beams give this home a unique, warm and cozy character. Ground floor The ground floor is a friendly and functional living space. The fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and washing machine. The living room is furnished with a large sofa and a "rapido" sofa bed for extra sleeping. There's also a toilet at this level. First Floor On the first floor, you will find a landing room equipped with two trundle beds, ideal for children or teenagers. Another bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm bed. A full bathroom completes this level, with shower, double sink and hairdryer. Middle floor The second floor is a real cocoon. A large bedroom awaits you with two single beds and a double bed that can be converted into two single beds on request. A second bathroom with shower is also present on this floor, for added comfort. Each room has been renovated while preserving the character of the old, with restored furniture and traces of the past that tell the story of the house. Outside The common garden offers a private relaxation area. But the real asset of the house is its 30 m² roof terrace, accessible from the 1st floor. This is the perfect place to admire the beautiful sunsets over the surrounding countryside. A true haven of peace in the heights! Guest access Access and the outside You have a private entrance to access your gîte independently. Regarding outdoor spaces, you have a private garden area to relax. Please note that the adjoining gîte has a right of way in front of your house to access their own entrance. Parking For your convenience, private and reserved parking spaces are available directly in front of the cottage. You won't have to worry about looking for a spot! Access for two-wheelers If you are traveling by motorcycle or bicycle, you have the option to park your vehicle safely inside the property. Please let us know when you arrive. Other things to note Equipment and activities for children For a carefree stay with your children, we provide everything you need on request: Baby equipment: baby bed and high chair, baby bath... Games and toys to entertain them. Safety barriers are present on each floor. And because little accidents happen, we have spare sheets available if needed.
