The guesthouse in Ramsvig

The house is located in a unique area just 2 km from Stavanger city center. Here you wake up to birdsong and views of the lake. If you wish, you can walk through the garden and take a morning swim, or after a run along the hiking trail which is located in beautiful surroundings. The space This is a guest house with a large living room that has a sofa bed. The living room has a fireplace, TV and Apple TV, sofa with chair and pouf. There is room for two people in the sofa bed, but it is not wide. The bedroom is large with a double bed, with a separate exit door. There is also a very small room with a single bed. You have to go through this room to get to the bathroom. The toilet is in the hallway. The kitchen is large with all the equipment and a round kitchen table. There is a lot of closet space. The house is from around 1890. And is located on a large family property right by the lake. The garden goes all the way by the lake only divided by the hiking trail, which in itself is a lovely place for recreation. 150m to the lake. Svaberg is about 200m and the nearest beach is in Godalen, which you get to by walking the hiking trail. The property also contains a tennis court, and if we are at home you can borrow tennis rackets. You can also use the tennis court. We live in the house next door.
