The space The newly renovated apartment with its own entrance is located on the ideal transport link Ravensburg/Friedrichshafen/Messe/Immenstaad/Meersburg/Lake Constance/Salem (all 14 km away) for great excursions and varied activities within a 15-minute radius! The apartment has 4 sleeping boxes with a beach feeling, which can be closed by a curtain for privacy. 3 beds are double beds, 2 beds are single beds. When occupied by 8 people, you sleep in 2 single beds and 3 double beds, with 1 double bed not in a sleeping box. For an occupancy of 9 people, the 9th person should be a child, as the sofa in the kitchen-living room is converted into a bed and offers only 1.60 m in length. The apartment is perfectly suited for a larger group who do not want to sleep on sofa beds but all want to enjoy a great bed.🙏 The sleeping boxes all have storage compartments and power connections. The modern kitchen with a large kitchen island as a seating area is equipped with everything: 4 burner ceramic hob Oven with recirculated air and top/bottom heat Microwave Large dishwasher Coffee machine Fridge with freezer compartment Dishes/cookware/pots/pan Baking molds Glasses/wine glasses/champagne glasses Toaster Blender A large TV with 140 programs in HD and with the possibility to unlock your own Netflix! Wi-Fi is of course also available and included! We are also help out if anything else is needed. A modern bathroom with glass shower, sink and toilet are located in the back of the apartment. In the locker with hangers you can store your things, these 6 lockers are also lockable. Bed linen and shower towels are of course provided. Furthermore, we provide the following free of charge: Hairdryer Socket in the sleeping box Hand soap Zewa towels Kitchen cleaning products Dishwasher tabs Kitchen towels Garbage bags Baking paper Salt/pepper For €5 per washing machine, you can wash and dry your laundry with us. A high chair can be provided free of charge in the apartment (please let us know if one is needed). A baby cot for up to 3 year olds can also be rented in the apartment on request for €25 per stay (payable in cash, by P.P. or bank transfer). In addition, there is of course a mattress protector, bedding with linens and a toilet seat reducer👶🥰 At "Seewärts" in Immenstaad, you will automatically receive a stand-up paddleboard for each booked person directly on the lake for 1 hour on one day of your stay (in good weather from May to the end of August), including the subsequent stay at our Seewärtsbeach with beach chairs directly on the water, where you can sunbathe and swim....❤️❤️❤️. Here you can also find more information about us. 🥰 Bicycles can be parked in the anteroom of the apartment! 700 m away you will find the Lidl with a bakery station, where you can stock up on everything. Directly behind the Lidl, great cycling and running routes start along the idyllic Rotach (river) and into the nature reserves/ Riede, where many storks are also native. There is free street parking right in front of the house. Self check-in and check-out via the code at the entrance. For motorcyclists: You are welcome to park your bikes in our hall! We're keen motorcyclists ourselves! The apartment is located at the end of a dead end road in a mixed area (commercial and residential). This is a non-smoking apartment! We are also non-smokers and expect our guests not to smoke in the rooms – in the event of a violation of the rules, a cleaning fee of €100 will be due. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons. A covered forecourt with a smoking corner and ashtray is located outside in front of the apartment. The very big bonus of our central location: 250 meters from our property is the bus stop for the express bus with direct connections without changing to Konstanz (bus goes completely over the ferry directly to the city center of Konstanz!!!), directly to the city center of Meersburg, Friedrichshafen or Ravensburg or also with a change to Immenstaad! Simple and uncomplicated - park the car with us and enjoy the great cities and Lake Constance without stress, without parking search and expensive parking fees.🥰🙏 Bus connections from early in the morning to late at night! Bus number 700 Ravensburg <---> Meersburg/Konstanz Bus number 14 and X14 Friedrichshafen And from these places on Lake Constance, you can easily reach many other great destinations in the Lake Constance area with the onward buses/trains! We also welcome those who do not travel by car. Even by bike or motorcycle, great routes open up on our doorstep in the Lake Constance region! For requests and information, we are always at your disposal. If you would like to check in or out on Saturday, please feel free to inquire. We are also happy to offer you a laundry service for €5 for washing including drying per washing machine! We also operate a motorboat school/boat rental and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) rental in Immenstaad on Lake Constance. You don't necessarily have to go to the beach if you are looking for peace and relaxation... Or maybe you would like to finally get your motorboat license or do it on this occasion!
