The space The 200 m2 house consists of the ground floor: * a modern and fully equipped kitchen (5-burner stove, many utensils and small kitchen appliances such as a food processor, waffle maker, etc.) with a large cutting board and a large table. An insert is present * a lounge bar with TV, DVD and books * a large dining room for your family meals (10 guests) * a comfortable living room with panoramic views of the valley. A pellet stove is present On the ground floor (2 bedrooms): * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm) * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (direct access to the pool). This room offers books, children's games and board games * 1 bathroom with 1 toilet Upstairs (2 bedrooms): * 1 landing with a single bed for a child * 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) * 1 double bedroom with 2 double beds (140 x 190 cm and 180 x 200 cm), 1 child bed (up to 10 years old) and 1 crib * 1 bathroom * 1 separate toilet Outside you will find a large terrace with garden furniture, umbrella, dining table and plancha. The terrace offers 180-degree views of the valley, and faces south. Sun loungers are available. The wooded garden (3,000 m2) has fruit trees and offers many games to delight both young and old: soccer ball and goal, badminton rackets, etc. The terrace has a wonderful view of the valley and the pool (8 x 4 m with steps). A dome secures the latter. You can easily park next to the house in the spaces reserved for this purpose. Anne and Eddy trust the Ma Normandie concierge service to manage their property. Everything is included: linens (sheets, towels, etc.), shower gel & shampoo, coffee, sugar, etc.) Guest access You have exclusive access to the whole house and its exteriors. There are no other rentals on the property. The swimming pool (accessible from May to October depending on the weather) is for the exclusive use of guests. There are many small food shops (Maison Bonhomme bakery, Maison Toundou pastry/chocolate shop, L'Epi'Chouette delicatessen, local organic fruit & vegetable shops), restaurants, a Carrefour market and a Coccinelle supermarket open 7 days a week. SNCF stations: Argentan (Paris Montparnasse station) or Lisieux (Paris Saint-Lazare station) 24 minutes away by car.
