The decor is peaceful and relaxing so you will feel like you are on vacation as soon as you arrive. The unit has everything you need to feel safe and right at home including a Ring Video Doorbell, SmartThings security, 3 smart TVs, Nest thermostat, a fully equipped kitchen, free parking for 1 vehicle, a pool (closed during "off season") and more! We have 1 king bed in the loft (this is considered one of the bedrooms), 1 queen bed, (this is in the downstairs bedroom with closing door), 1 queen sofa bed, 1 foldout ottoman twin cot located in the unit so it can sleep 7 people. It also has lots of storage space upstairs in the loft. It’s a quiet neighborhood and you can hear (and see) the ocean from the balcony. Guest access While staying at our condo, you will have full access to the property. This includes a parking spot, community courtyard picnic tables, beach access, and the entire condo. We also have an elevator in the building for your convenience. Other things to note We have a washer and dryer, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, so no need to bring extra stuff from home! We provide starter supplies like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo to get you through the first night. We also have a guest book in the condo with information about the area. We use AirBnB’s “strict” cancellation policy and recommend purchasing separate traveler’s insurance to prevent cancellation costs.
