The space Our studio offers all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay: Bright living area with comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm bed), TV and dining area. SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker and all necessary kitchenware. Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Shared outdoor and amenities Enjoy your private terrace and also our beautiful outdoor space shared with us. Garden furniture: Relax in our garden, equipped with comfortable seats to read a book or simply enjoy the calm. Nearby Saintes: Discover the rich historical heritage of Saintes with its Roman monuments, museums and charming alleys. Beaches: Enjoy the sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast, accessible in just 35 minutes by car.
