Family beach house Apollo Bay

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our beach house has two levels with plenty of space to spread out. Upstairs has an open plan lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, views to the ocean and hillside. You can enjoy a coffee on the deck or enclosed outdoor dining area with a BBQ, table and chairs. Downstairs are three bedrooms, bathroom and laundry, and bonus kids play area. The space The house is an easy ten minute walk to the beach, or twenty minute walk into the center of town. You can drive into town in a couple of minutes. This is a spacious holiday house with room for the whole family. There are two bedrooms downstairs with queen sized beds and built in wardrobes. There is a third bedroom downstairs with two single beds and a built in wardrobe. There is a bonus kids play space downstairs as well as a family bathroom and laundry. Outdoors there is an outdoor shower and washing line. Upstairs contains the open plan living room with a 3 seater couch, 2 seater couch, two separate armchairs with footstools and beanbags for the kids and a reversal cycle air conditioner and large television. The dining area has an 8-seater dining table, perfect for family meals. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and breakfast bench. Guests may also like to dine on the outdoor dining table or use the BBQ on the undercover outdoor dining area upstairs. There are views to the ocean, the harbour and hillside from upstairs. Upstairs also has a large powder room. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house excluding a storage area in the garage. Other things to note There are two stairs to get onto the deck at the front door. There are internal stairs. Portacot and highchair available on request.
