Mini Room with a Double bed Just for 1 person

My home is near The Lough Community Centre Cork. It's about 700 meters away from Saint Fin Barre's Cathedral; 700 meters from Elizabeth Fort; 700 meters from The Lough Park; 1.2 km from University College Cork (UCC); 1.2 km from English Market Grand Parade; 6 km from Cork Airport. It's easy to use GoogleMap to check if the location is suitable for your trip before booking. I have 4 rooms on Airbnb and hope to provide convenient travel accommodation for you who with an easy-going personality. The space This is a mini (single) room with a double bed in the middle (mattress size is 135X190cm) guest can get out of bed from both sides. This room is specially for those who like to sleep in a big bed. My husband and I remodeled the room and the wallpaper was DIY by us. A floor lamp is placed next to the bed, and an end table on the other side which are very handy. This room is compact. As you can see from the photo, there is a protruding slope on the ground next to the floor lamp, nothing can be placed there. And there is no lounge space in the room, but this is a really good base for the night. (NB: Cannot accommodate large suitcases) I have selected cotton /cotton & bamboo bedding for you. And I 100% guarantee that each guest will be replaced with freshly washed sheets and duvet cover, so the color of the bedding may vary , but it will always be cotton. Pillows from DKNY are medium height and i put 2 cushions on the bed. I hope you will enjoy this snug room and feel at home in this comfortable, relaxing and peaceful environment. Guest access Guests are not allowed to cook or do laundry during their stay ( We do not provide iron or ironing board). For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to use electric heaters or other heating supplies in the room. We do not allow guests to have visitors in our house. Other things to note This room is specially for those who like to sleep in a big bed. The tiny room already has a double bed, so there is no other space for anything else. But this is a really good base for the night. (Please note, this room and this price is for 1 person. If you are 2 people to check in, please change to another twin bed room or find the new price, which is an additional €30 per day. After checking in, please do not complain that the room is too small and give unreasonable comments.） You might find that I have 4 rooms on Airbnb and sometimes they are fully booked during your stay. So you might have to share the bathroom, dining area or other places with other guests. Please to respect the house rules, behave appropriately, respect each other, keep quiet and clean to avoid unpleasantness with other guests.
