Dorna TreeHouse started as a personal project, born from a childhood dream - a treehouse nestled in nature, where you can escape the noise of the city and fully embrace peace and quiet. Refined over time, it now welcomes couples and families in search of the unique - a place to reconnect, to explore and to simply breathe. A living spruce rises through the heart of the cabin, its scent of fresh resin is a reminder that here, nature isn’t just outside your window. It’s part of the experience. The space The cabin can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, offering the following amenities: • 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms • Double / Queen-size beds • Extendable sofas • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction cooktop, espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, etc.) • Covered terrace • FiberLink internet + WiFi • 4K Smart TV • Electric heating • Electric fireplace • Outdoor relaxation area • Barbecue and campfire area + all necessary utensils • Swing • 6-meter high swing in the yard • Hammock • Binoculars Guest access • The access to the parking area is exclusively on a paved road, suitable for any type of car under normal weather conditions. • From the parking area to the location, there is a distance of approximately 150 meters, which can be walked, or we can provide transport by ATV. • Parking is available in the yard, completely safe, free of charge, and with 24/7 access. Other things to note Located just 9 KM from the city of Vatra Dornei, Dorna TreeHouse can serve as a starting point for exploring various local attractions. If you enjoy heights, there is a scenic lookout area just a few minutes' walk away, offering a superb view of the landscape. For nature lovers, trekking enthusiasts or mountain trail explorers, the area offers multiple options, being close to the Tinovul Natural Reserve and the Călimani National Park. Additionally, we can arrange horse rides or horse-drawn sleigh rides, enduro/ATV trails or snowmobiling, depending on the season. The mountain area where we are located offers the unique experience of picking your own wild berries, medicinal plants or edible mushrooms. The local wildlife is abundant, allowing you to often spot squirrels, deer, or various birds. To enhance your traditional Romanian mountain experience, we can offer a breakfast made exclusively from 100% natural, eco-friendly products, either from our own production or from local sources, available at an additional cost.
