Le nid de Pédros is a 2 bedroom + mezzanine apartment, nestled on the first and last floor of a residence located in a protected natural area. Its shaded terrace offers stunning views of the flora and fauna, the Canigou and the Leucate marine lake (also called the Salses-Leucate). The sea is a few minutes drive away, and walks in the flowery park of Domaine de Pédros are accessible from your front door. The space The 38m2 apartment consists of: - a balcony with a breathtaking view of the natura 2000 area, - a living room with equipped kitchenette, dining area, and TV area. - one bedroom with a 140 bed and closet, - a mezzanine with a heater convertible into a 140 bed, - one shower room, - Toilet. ITS EQUIPMENT AND HIGHLIGHTS: - Equipped kitchen area: glass-ceramic hobs, microwave, electric oven, coffee machine Senseo, fridge with freezer, kettle, dishwasher. - Shaded balcony/terrace, equipped with a dining area with electric barbecue, and a lounge garden with armchairs. - television, - Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, fans (including a ceiling fan in the bedroom). - Mosquito nets. - A private parking space, and visitor spaces. VIGILANCE POINTS: - PETS: on request only. - Linens: Bed linen and towels are NOT included in the price. In order to respect everyone's budget and desires, we offer to bring your linen, or rent it extra from the concierge. - CLEANING: Cleaning at the end of the stay is NOT included in the price. We leave it to you to do it yourself at no additional cost, or to entrust it to the concierge by reservation and for an additional charge. - SWIMMING POOLS: A swimming pool open from June to September. A second pool is open in July and August. Unsupervised, unheated, unlit pools. Swim shorts/burkinis not allowed. - ELECTRIC CARS: Recharging is prohibited in the area. A charging station is available 2 km from the accommodation. - BARBECUE: the use of fire (wood, charcoal, etc.) is prohibited. - MEZZANINE: Access is not secure, we ask you to be very vigilant if you have children and/or people with reduced mobility. ABOUT DOMAINE DE PÉDROS: Private and secure residence, vegetated, and well maintained for nice walks or by bike. Two communal swimming pools for the exclusive use of residents. Wide open spaces and playground for kids. A private dock to watch the sunset over the sea lake and the canigou, or for moor the boat and directly access the Mediterranean Sea. Direct access to the pond to throw the line, for lovers of kite, wing foil, paddleboard, board sailing, ... Tennis court, pétanque, and ping pong tables. Pizza truck and baker in the central square of the residence (summer school holidays). Onsite concierge services (grocery delivery, housekeeping, etc.) GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: The estate is set back from the village of Fitou, in the Natura Protected Natural Area 2000. The Spar grocery store is 2.5km away, the shops of the old village of Fitou, its winemakers and its restaurants, are only 4km away, accessible on foot or by bike via the paths of vines, or by car by the classic road. The great beaches of Leucate and La Franqui are a 10-minute drive away. The festivities are close enough to enjoy, but far enough away not to suffer (electrobeach de Barcarès, festival les surferantes, mondiale du vent, sol y fiesta, village de Christmas, ...) Halfway between Narbonne and Perpignan. Large Claira shopping area 20min in car. Less than an hour from Spain. Guest access The entire accommodation can be used, as well as its balcony terrace. You will have access to walks in the park and all common amenities of the residence, depending on the season: swimming pools, tennis court, street vendors, pontoon, etc. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided, and NOT included in the price. You can bring your own or rent them from the concierge, depending on their available stock, and whose contact details will be sent to you after your booking. - €15 per double bed (hotel-quality sheets) - €10 per single bed (hotel-quality sheets) - €10 per towel kit (one 150 x 100 cm bath towel and one 90 x 50 cm towel)
