Dutka Nowica

Nowica is called the village at the end of the world, and at the end of this end, by the forest, there is an old wooden cottage "Dutka", behind it only a stream, forest and mountain meadows. Dutka was renovated in 2022, we combined antique furniture with modern solutions, the whole is decorated with carefully selected details. We tried to create an unusual and inspiring interior, a space ideal for relaxation. The space The house is designed for a maximum of 9 people. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining area and two bathrooms. Upstairs is a large open bedroom plus an additional, small toilet. And of course, the most important part of this house: the PORCH. Overlooking the hill and the forest. Somewhere down there, a stream is humming. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom space and bathrooms. The house is fully prepared for an independent stay - we provide bed linen and towels. Other things to note House rules: - Smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility. - For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use the grill on the porch, - Only the people listed during the booking process may stay at the property. It is forbidden to host additional guests without the host's prior consent.
