Access to lake (steep grade down to water, cart path is available if you bring your own golf cart or side by side) approx 75 yards walk to water. Dock with swing, chairs, large umbrella, sitting area with fire pit, fishing from dock, Paddle boards and kayaks. FYI-Dock will have spider webs, it’s just a thing! You can clean them off and overnight, they will be back. Just be aware. Same for kayaks, will need to wash off The space King bed in master, queen bed in second room and a queen with 3 twins in bunk room Guest access Private closet in master and in hallway. Downstairs will remain locked due to mechanical items. Use of gas grill and smoker. Pack and play and high chair for use.
