Other things to note 5th Bedroom: The Game Room Our Game Room doubles as a cozy private sleeping space, complete with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed and an armoire for clothing storage. Fresh linens and pillows are provided inside the armoire so you can make the bed at your convenience. This space is located in a detached carriage house just across the patio. It is well-insulated, climate-controlled, and filled with natural light through its windows, offering a pleasant and quiet retreat. Please note: While the Game Room is fully equipped for comfort, the bathroom is located in the main house or studio, requiring a short outdoor walk. California’s weather is generally sunny and mild year-round, with the exception of the occasional rain in spring. We recommend keeping this in mind if you're planning to use this as a fifth bedroom during your stay. About the Pool Our cowboy-style tank pool is 10 feet in diameter and 22 inches deep—perfect for cooling off with 6 to 7 adults. EV Charging An electric vehicle charging station is available on-site for guest use. $25 per charge applies. Pet Policy Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. $150 per pet, per day. Dogs only (no cats or other animals). Pets are not allowed on furniture or linens—extra $50 fee applies for excess hair. Please bring your own bedding if needed. Use provided bags for waste; turf clean-up incurs a $50 fee. Unauthorized pets will result in additional charges. House Rules By booking, staying at, or entering the property, you agree to comply with these House Rules and any applicable rental agreement. Rental Agreement Required
A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. 
Maximum occupancy limits apply. Guests must request approval in advance for any additional occupants or visitors beyond those disclosed at booking. Pre-approved Gatherings up to 30 people are allowed for an additional fee. Otherwise 
Parties, events, gatherings, or large group activities are not permitted at any time. This includes but is not limited to celebrations, receptions, or commercial use of the property. No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property, including cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or similar substances. The property may be equipped with exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, and environmental or air quality monitoring devices. These devices are used for safety, compliance, and property protection purposes. Security cameras are located outside only and are never placed inside the home. Noise monitoring devices measure sound levels only and do not record conversations or audio. Environmental or air quality monitors detect indicators of smoking, including cigarette or marijuana smoke, and measure air quality only.
 Respect for Property and Neighbors
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect neighbors at all times. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Safety Acknowledgment
Guests acknowledge that staying at the property involves ordinary risks associated with residential use, including but not limited to stairs, outdoor areas, weather conditions, and household amenities. Guests agree to use the property and its amenities responsibly and in accordance with posted instructions and these House Rules.
