The space Welcome to the Island Home! This penthouse is spacious and wonderful. Our building has just been repainted, nice and clean. This place has panoramic view, just amazing! We are sitting at the edge of the sea. The waves on the private beach and the beautiful Caribbean turquoise sea is right in front of you. At night, you have the city light on the side. We also have a large privately owned oceanfront patio/terrace for sunbathing during the day or laying on the lounge chairs watching the stars at night. Lovely view of the city light and the lighted up cruise ships sailing by. This penthouse/condo is spacious, two bedrooms, 2 baths. 3 AC, 5 ceiling fans and ocean breeze. A fully equipped modern kitchen with new stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. Very comfortable beds - firm yet soft with pillow tops. The turquoise sea is beautiful here, the water is so clear here that you could see the bottom of the ocean from our place. You could relax, have a glass of wine at our private balcony watching the wave, the sailboat/cruise ships go by. We offered swimming tools and beach essential such as swimming noodles, life vests. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. We are located in the best area of St. Maarten, only 7 minutes (taxi ride) from the airport. This is a gated community, 24/7 security guards. 2 oceanfront pools, one of them is a salt water pool. There are two elevators access to our unit. Walking distance to Mullet Beach, golf course (5 mins.) restaurants and bar, pastry/coffee, 3 groceries, and the Medical School. We have swim noodle and life vest, sand chairs, sun umbrella at the condo for your convenience. If you like, rent a car for a few days to see the island. Both outside and inside parking are free. If you are into shopping, there are many shops on Front Street in our Capital and Marigold on the French Side of the island. There are many great restaurants along the way and many beaches to explore. Come and enjoy our beautiful weather all year around. You will love our Island Home in St. Maarten. Guest access Guest have the whole condo/penthouse with balcony to themselves. We also have a privately owned attached oceanfront rooftop terrace (for my guest only). Our terrace has outdoor dining table with dining chairs. 4 lounge chairs with cushions. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Our resort has three pools with lounge chairs and umbrella, parking area, garden area and the private beach are all open to our guest. Other things to note This is a gated community. We have security guards on duty at all times and outdoor camera. Security guards will be informed of the guests visit, so guests will be welcome to enter the gate. They will direct the guests to the parking area (free) and our condo/penthouse. Lock box on the door for self - check in. Whenever you go out, please turn off light, stove and AC. Good idea to close the shutter to keep the condo cool and lock the front door on the way out Thank you for taking care of the Island Home.
