Kitchen: All the required necessities: full size oven, microwave, hot water maker, big fridge and toaster over. Maximum Occupancy: 10 people. First 2 guests are included in the rent, $10 per additional guest after first 2 guests. Pets are not allowed, unless approved by guests while making booking with additional cleaning fees.
