Peaceful Haven Along The North Fork River Bend

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. After a fun, adventurous day @ Baker, relax at The Haven! Whether it be in the hot tub, chilling by the fire pit, or simply enjoying a movie on the "big screen" ... guests will be scheduling their next stay before even checking out! View and listen to the Nooksack River and the bald eagles from the second-story deck. Hot tub shared. There is a whiteboard to reserve soak times! **45 min drive from ski lift The space The Northfork Riverbend boasts a tiny log cabin, a log house and this sweet Haven. The Haven is nicely set back, in the corner of the property. Walk the path to the hot tub or the river. At the river's edge, guests will find a fire pit and yard games (guest responsible for bringing their own wood). This cabin was uniquely built with the living space/kitchen upstairs and the bedroom/bathroom downstairs that requires outside stair access between the two floors. The driveway splits our property from our neighbors, so anything on the right side of the driveway is theirs. Please do not wander onto their property or let your dogs wander over. If you are booked for 3+ guests the futon linens are provided, if booking for 2 guests please let us know you would like linens for the futon for an additional charge. The upstairs is heated by a propane fireplace, controlled by a thermostat on the wall and the downstairs is by 2 wall heaters(one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom). **NOTE: Dogs are to be leashed at ALL times while outside, there is a a highway along the property, a river, neighbors that share the driveway, other guests and their animals that we need to respect. Guests will be asked to vacate if they are not following rules. The old barn has a projector, pool table, basketball game and dart board. Open to all guests, message us to reserve private use for an additional fee, no reservations after 8pm. *Because of multiple shared spaces on the property, Visiters must be approved. Guest access Guests have the cabin to themselves. They share the hot tub (Write soak times on the whiteboard at the hot tub.), fire pit and "The Old Barn" with other possible guests. Guests also have their own driveway and parking.
