We are in a convenient location to visit different areas within an hour's drive: Lake Garda and Molveno, Andalo, Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio. The Brenta peaks all around are a perfect destination for walks and quality shots. The space OUR SPACE The 70 m² apartment has been recently renovated, with new fixtures and fittings (underfloor heating) and simple mountain-style furnishings, with handmade details. The larch ceiling makes the living area cozy and gives you a warm atmosphere. The accommodation was obtained from one of the oldest houses in the village of Montagne, the walls are thick and the phone does not take much, great for those who want to literally unplug and enjoy the tranquility of the Historic Center, interrupted only by the flow of water from the fountain and washhouse in front of the house. For those who are more connected, we offer a fast and stable internet line, which is also excellent for smart working. Access to the apartment is raised with two stone steps and the sleeping area is also accessed with a few steps. The living area and the open kitchen offer everything you need to cook, so it is great for those who want to stay for a long time, but also a microwave, toaster and kettle for those who are in a hurry. The bedroom, built in a niche, offers a warm environment for rest and includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storing your personal belongings. The bathroom is small but equipped with everything you need, and bed linen, bath linen and a hairdryer are available to guests. There is also a sofa bed with a square and a half in the living room. A private storage room for sports equipment, detached from the apartment, is available upon request. Parking is available near the house (public parking, free and uncovered). Other things to note Montagne is a small town of about 200 inhabitants located at 1000 m on the borders of the Val Rendena. There is a small but well-stocked grocery store open every morning, and a club open in the morning and late afternoon, a minute's walk from the house. EXCURSIONS FOR ALL TASTES In all seasons you can fully enjoy the nature that surrounds us. Montagne is a very sunny village, surrounded by beech, larch and spruce forests, and offers easy winter walks around the village, on a path and/or road that is also suitable for strollers. For the more enterprising, the ascent of the Cima Durmont offers an unforgettable view from the Bondone to Lake Idro, up to the Care' Alto glacier (Adamello). Right in front of the Dala Zia Aquilina house passes the San Vili Trail, which connects Madonna di Campiglio to Trento and hosts hundreds of walkers every year. For the little ones, there is a large playground accessible on foot in 5 minutes, with wooden attractions and a picnic area. CHECK-IN Upon arrival, we ask for a valid identity document (identity card or driver's license), and the tourist tax of €1 per person per night (excluding children under 14) to be paid in cash on site.
