Please note, the apartment is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Other things to note - Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM. - Stairs: The apartment is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Please consider this if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. - No Smoking: This is a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to refrain from smoking inside the unit. - Events & Parties: No events or parties are allowed without prior approval. - Pets: Pets are not allowed without prior approval. - Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
