The space Villa spread in 30,000 sqft area with enough secured parking space. It has a big Lawn area in front for playing & to relax is even big enough to host parties. Constant flowing water stream from Sahyadri hills above at the side is a highlight of this place with built up patio to enjoy your drinks & beverages. This is a 2 floor buliding with enough open space to chill. A big swimming pool of 20*40 ft with a rain dance stage in the sides is the additional feature. Patio running across the bedrooms with a sliding glass doors provide a sense of belongings to the greenery in surroundings and put no hurdle to sea breezes coming straight from Arabian sea or neaby Kashid beach. However, you are most welcome to drop your luggage after 12:00 pm while we are getting your villa ready. - Q: What time is the Check-out policy? - A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. - Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day? - A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience.
