Your entrance will be in front of the house under the front porch. Other things to note We live upstairs. You might hear footsteps sometimes. We might have some ants every now and then in the Spring. We are surrounded by lush green so sometimes they are inevitable but we keep some traps around in case.. No other bugs like cockroach etc.. Our Saniflow toilet pump is noiser than normal. Flush couple times to avoid smell. Since it is ground level, after heavy rain, it sometimes gets humid in the Summer time. Please use the AC’s dry mode for that. It takes care of the problem immediately. The side windows and the bathroom windows are facing our driveway. We have security cameras outside of the entrance.
