Take the whole family to Oceánica Blue, a place with many areas to have fun. The house has direct access to the beach, a Jacuzzi, various outdoor/indoor living rooms, a BBQ area, a garden with children's games, full bedrooms with private bathrooms each, a fully equipped kitchen, a large garden and a safe parking lot inside the property. Oceánica Blue offers a unique experience at the foot of the sea. We have a 24/7 security guard. The space Oceanica Blue is the front house at the foot of the sea with a private jacuzzi that operates 365 days a year. It has a total of 5 rooms. All the rooms are on the second floor. Hot water in all bathrooms and A/C throughout the house. We offer 24/7 security. You will find multiple living rooms and we also have cooking and cleaning service during your stay for an additional fee. At Oceánica Blue you can disconnect from the noise of the city and let yourself be lulled by the sound of the ocean waves. You will have several spaces to enjoy with your loved ones and a direct exit with a private tent to enjoy the sea and the impressive sunsets. If you visit us with your little ones, we have also thought of them! They will have a trampoline and a children's park with plenty of green areas so they can run freely. Inside the property we have a back house for visitors, "Brisa del Mar". The only shared spaces are the parking lot, playground, and trampoline. Only registered people will have access to the house. Quiet hours must be respected from 10pm to 8am. Once your reservation is confirmed, all guests are required to provide an identity card to authorize their entry into the gate. Otherwise, they will not be able to enter. I kindly ask you that if you are looking for a place to have some kind of celebration or noise, do not choose us as you will not be able to do it.
