Minutes from the Sydney Airport, Cape Breton University, ATV trails, and all key amenities in the Sydney area this home is perfectly suited for comfort. Two queen sized beds and fully furnished with all appliances. Best suited for up to 4 guests - however we do allow 5! Plenty of parking, privacy, Wifi, a separate office, streaming TV services and comfort await your stay. Pet fees apply. BBQ unavailable during winter months. The space Two standard size bedrooms with queen beds and closets, 3-piece bathroom, full kitchen, full laundry, dedicated office and a large private back yard. This is a stand alone house with a backyard! Not a duplex , not a basement suite, truly a home away from home :) Guest access The entire space is for our guests! Other things to note This property shares right-of-way access with another land owner to a large acreage behind ours. Access exists to many walking trails for pets and yourselves, as well as ATV trails. We kindly ask that you not block the right of way with your vehicle. Pets are welcome (2 maximum), however please disclose how many pets you are bringing and we kindly ask that they do not sleep on the furniture.
